Making a difference

Learn more about how Triangle Fire Group is Keeping Tomorrow Safe.

We’re proud of the business we’re in. When we receive reports of our installations saving lives it fuels our drive to create an impact within the community and to save lives and livelihoods. It’s why we’re in this business and why we continue to expand and move forward with what we do.

Yet, we always strive to achieve more. As a company that has expanded significantly in the last decade, we are responsible for more than our installations which is why we have created a working environment, culture and infrastructure that we are proud of.

At Triangle Fire Group we are dedicated to putting our employees first, which reflects in the feedback our colleagues provide. We’re proud to report that 87% of employees think Triangle is a great place to work with no one disagreeing – we have projected that this will increase to 92% next year after our well-being initiatives are implemented. We will always ask our employees what we can do to improve their job satisfaction, and we have a dedicated ESG working group to support that.

We have engaged with The Princes Trust, National Literacy Trust and Volunteering opportunities to develop, support and enhance our communities. Our home grown training ethos embeds our culture.

We work to do more:

  • We will continue to create local employment opportunities within our areas.
  • We will enable local communities and individuals to obtain the skills needed to access employment.
  • We invest in upskilling employees to equip them with new, transferable skills for the future.
  • We are dedicated to removing employment barriers within the construction industry for underrepresented and disadvantaged groups.

Football in the community

We sponsor a girl’s football team close to our Midlands Office and we are also proud Business Partners for Hastings United FC.

We host our own in-house football competitions across our London and Hastings Offices.

National Literacy Trust

It is estimated that if 90% of children leave primary school at the expected level for reading and writing then it could be worth at least £30 billion to the UK economy.

We have signed up to the Vision for Literacy Business Pledge, which provides a framework for business action in the literacy space to close the literacy gap.

Triangle Fire Group is dedicated to community engagement.

Volunteering

We are actively looking for volunteering opportunities to help make a difference in our local communities, and the communities that we work within. In 2023 We volunteered to help Surviving Christmas with their Hamper Campaign.

Supporting Local Charities

We host summer and christmas parties for our employees every year, in return for a free bar we kindly ask for donations to a chosen local charity. In 2022 we were proud to sponsor Charity 4 Kids. In 2023 we raised money for the local RNLI and Ronald McDonald House.

Hastings Pier

We are proud to have installed the sprinkler system at cost price, providing a service to the community as the pier is a hub of social activity within Hastings town.

Provide Work Experience to Young People

We partner with all local schools and colleges and pride ourselves on providing an immersive experience in a range of departments such as design, estimating, IT, finance and administration. We provide young people with a taste of a progressive, exciting company. Giving them an understanding of the working world and an opportunity to gain employability skills, confidence and professional development opportunities.

Customer Feedback

What our customers are
saying about us.

Triangle continue to be professional, proactive and innovative in their approach to retro fit sprinkler systems. They always put the customer first and will always find a way to complete the project with minimal disruption to our residents

Steve Key MIFireE, Fire Risk Technical Lead, Midland Heart

Triangle have been working with Wates Property Services and SES to deliver circa 4,000 retrospective sprinkler installations across 80 high rise blocks in Birmingham for Birmingham City Council.

We have enjoyed a truly collaborative relationship with Triangle, who worked as part of a dedicated supply chain delivering up to 6 blocks in unison, ensuring we met the promise to Birmingham of delivering the works by March 31st 2021.

I have recommended Triangle to other parts of Wates who are looking at sprinkler programmes with respective clients, and would use the services of triangle on future programmes.

Daniel Camp, Operations Manager, Wates Property Services

We have worked with Triangle on a number of projects and found that on each occasion they have provided a design solution bringing both efficiencies and financial savings, they have negotiated with statutory authorities to ensure compliance and at all times maintained the design and installation programme. Both Commercial and Residential elements have been a joy to work with Triangle to achieve a complete package

Associate Technical Director, Countryside Properties

I awarded Triangle Fire Safety Systems full contracts for all Wet Riser, Dry Riser and Sprinkler design and Installation  on all the above projects.

For me their expertise in this field has been of paramount importance in the successful construction and delivery of the above projects and as important the ongoing operation  of these for our valued clients

The Triangle team as a whole and notably Warren Root and Steve Chantler have always performed professionally and to a high standard with regard to Design, Safe Installation , Installation Quality, Programme and Budget Requirements

Project Director, Tide Construction
