Triangle fire were awarded the contract for the fire protection package at Kidbrooke Station Square, phase 1

A new vibrant, thriving and sustainable community is being developed at Kidbrooke Station Square. Ardmore Construction Ltd secured a contract worth £100 million and directly sub contracted Triangle Fire Systems to design, install and supply:

• BS 9251 Residential Fire Sprinkler Systems to 320 residential units
• BS 3N 12845 Commercial Fire Sprinkler Systems
• BS 9990 Wet Risers
• BS 9990 Dry Risers

Located in London, Kidbrooke first phase comprises of 413 new one, two and three-bedroom homes. Construction began in 2020 but paused during the onset of Covid-19. Work resumed in August 2021 with completion scheduled for 2024. Upon the full completion of all phases, this development will feature 8 new towers and a total of 619 flats.

At least half of these units will be affordable, with the rest being allocated to private and shared ownership. The new development will also feature office and business spaces, a nursery, and a new bus station.

This new community will provide both hard and soft landscaping, open green areas, and a short distance to various amenities such as gyms, bars, restaurants, tennis courts, health centres and a swimming pool.
