Triangle Fire were awarded the contract for the Fire Protection Package at Wood Wharf, J1 and J2 in Canary Wharf.

Once an underutilized area to a vibrant waterfront district, Wood Wharf’s newest development consists of 760 built-to-rent apartments. These brand-new twin high rise blocks are 34 and 49 storeys, providing views of Canary Wharf.

Triangle Fire Systems were awarded the contract directly from ‘Kane Group Building Services’ who are the Mechanical and Electrical subcontractor. We have been contracted to install, design and supply:

• BS 9251 Residential Fire Sprinkler Systems
• BS 12845 Commercial Fire Sprinkler Systems
• BS 9990 Wet Risers

We will be installing a total of 5807 sprinkler heads across all 760 apartments, 757 monitored isolation valve and 79 value sets.

These stunning high-rise towers will also include a gym and amenity space, working from home lounges, a game room, and more. As well as vast open landscaping exposing the aerial views.

Triangle Fire Systems are also working on Wood Wharf blocks G1 and G5, Wood Wharf 7 as well as Wood Wharf G1, H1 and H4 remedials, these are all projects in progress. We have just secured the works for BS 9251 Residential Fire Sprinklers for Wood Wharf E3 – E4 from Borough Engineering. As well as Wood Wharf G7 marketing suite which has been completed.
