Triangle fire were awarded the contract for the fire sprinkler system at Anadac Park.
Anadac Park consists of a care home and neurological rehabilition facility. The 80 bed luxury care home will provide accommodation over three storeys with day spaces and enclosed gardens. The adjacent neurological facility will comprise 57 en-suite bedrooms, self contained living apartment and communal facilities to suit those living with complex needs.
We were contracted by Harniss Building Services Solutions, to install a BS 9251 residential fire sprinkler system to both the care home and neurological unit. This is the largest care home project undertaken by Triangle to date.
The development is set for completion in Spring 2024.
