Project brief
Triangle were awarded the contract for the fire sprinklers at Bluebell Heights in Brighton.
Bluebell Heights is a joint venture between Hyde New Homes and Brighton & Hove City Council offering 100% affordable homes at the foot of the South Downs National Park.
We were contracted by AD Mechanical Services, to protect:
- All 242 apartments across the 6 blocks with a BS 9251 residential fire sprinkler system
- The cycle stores, refuse stores and plant rooms within each block with a BS 9251 residential fire sprinkler system
The development is due to be complete and ready for occupants in Autumn 2023.
