Triangle Fire are pleased to support Tea & Talk for World Mental Health Day on October 10th. We hosted a cake sale at our Hastings Head Office and our Upminster Office to raise funds for this wonderful charity. Â
Research shows that talking is good for your mental health, and that’s what Tea & Talk is all about! We took time out of our busy day to come together and have a chat, enjoy lots of yummy cakes and play some games. Â
We raised an amazing £332 for the Mental Health Foundation, which will help deliver vital research and develop solutions for the 1 in 6 people affected by mental health problems every week.Â
