Triangle Fire were awarded the contract for the fire sprinklers at Lyon Close in Hove.

Lyon Close is a new development of 163 apartments ranging from one, two and three-bedroom apartments. This new development will have four individual blocks between five to ten stories. Each will have an enclosed shared garden for all residents to enjoy as well as a children’s place space within each one.

We were contracted by DPC Mechanical Limited to design, install and supply:

• BS 9251 Residential Fire Sprinklers to all 163 apartments, the cycle stores, plant rooms, refuse stores and fire switch room.

Triangle installed 1165 sprinkler heads across the whole development.

A third of the apartments will either be affordable or reserved for shared ownership. The layout of these buildings has been designed to create a ‘new community’ and the high-quality landscaping offers the community a sense of enclosure and privacy.

We were glad to be working alongside DPC Mechanical Limited once again and look forward to seeing the development complete.
