Triangle fire were awarded the contract for the fire sprinklers at Davigdor Road in Hove.

Located within central Hove a brand-new development offering 52 flats, a basement car park and ground floor office space has been completed.

Contracted directly from Trinity Homes who were the main contractors for this project to design, install and supply:

• All flats with BS 9251 Residential Fire Sprinkler Systems
• We installed 415 sprinkler head across the development

We installed dedicated pipework which rises up the building and a dedicated sprinkler control set is located within the riser cupboard at each floor as required. From each sprinkler control set, a pipe is run to serve the relevant apartments.

This stunningly designed five and nine storey building will have a mix of contemporary studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments with a mix of social rented housing. Almost all apartments will include a balcony with sea views and the beautiful surrounding landscape.

Only a short walk from city center and the seafront, allowing people to enjoy the quiet surroundings as well the up-paced city life.

Work began late November in 2021 and was completed in 2023. We are proud to have worked alongside Trinity Homes, and were amazed with the final look at completion.
