Meet the team.

Stephen O’Regan – Senior Quantity Surveyor

At Triangle, I serve as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, managing and overseeing our project’ commercial and contractual positions. I work across all sectors of the business, leading the technical aspects of the Quantity Surveying team. My role enables me to ensure consistency in QS functions across all areas. 

I hold a BSc in Quantity Surveying from Napier University in Edinburgh and became a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 2016. With 20 years of post-qualification experience, I have gained extensive commercial, technical, and cost-controlling skills, utilising my management, organisational and people skills. I previously held a Personal Track Safety Qualification and am a certified Mental Health First Aider. My guiding principle, “Do the right thing,” has served me well throughout my career, helping me maintain strong business relationships.

Triangle is an ambitious company driven by its goals while retaining a sense of family, making it a great team to be part of.

Outside of work, my young family and trips back home to Ireland keep me busy. In my downtime, I enjoy playing football and cycling, although most of my sport involvement now seems to be as a spectator!
