Samantha Skinner-Davies, HR Manager

I joined Triangle Group in 2021 as the company’s first HR Manager, with responsibility for establishing and leading the HR function across the business. Since then, I have worked closely with leadership and employees to support the company’s continued growth, helping to develop a strong people-focused culture alongside professional HR processes and practices.

My role covers all areas of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and supporting the wellbeing and progression of our teams. I am passionate about creating a positive working environment where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to succeed.

As the business continues to grow, I remain committed to building strong relationships across the company and supporting the people who are at the heart of Triangle Fire Systems’ success.

Outside of work, family time is incredibly important to me, and I love spending as much time as possible with my husband, children, and grandchildren. Whether it’s family days out, holidays, or simply being together, those moments are what I value most.
