Richard Edwards, Operations Manager – Commercial

I handle everything operations related ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget with no aspect being compromised by the subsequent aspect. My main roles are as follows but not limited to; scope review, procurement, quality assurance, monitoring of H&S, programming, cost control & reporting, commissioning and handover. The thing I enjoy most about the job is working with close friends and having the support of the whole company when needed and working within a family environment.

I joined Triangle as a project manager and have progressed through senior project manager and operations manager. I have also had the opportunity of acting as a managing director of BM Sprinklers since we acquired them in the summer of 2021.

 After having a daughter in the summer of 2020 I have enjoyed becoming a family man. I enjoy boxing albeit no longer compete but have aspirations to complete an ironman event and am always looking out for any physical challenges / events.
