Matt Galhardo Dias,

Residential Design Manager

As Design Manager at Triangle, I lead the Residential Design Team and oversee our 3D and Consultancy departments. My role focuses on delivering high-quality, compliant, design and consultancy services that meet our client’s needs while supporting the continued growth and development of the business.

Working closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, I enjoy building strong relationships and helping to deliver practical, effective, solutions across a wide range of projects. A key part of my role has been developing our 3D and Consultancy teams, expanding the services we offer and creating new opportunities to support both existing and new clients, while also maintaining the high standards of quality and customer service that Triangle is known for.

Having joined Triangle as a Junior Design Engineer, I have progressed through the organisation into a senior leadership role through a commitment of continuous improvement, professional development, and delivering results. This journey has given me a strong understanding of both the technical and commercial aspects of the business, enabling me to support our teams and clients effectively. I am passionate about developing people, sharing knowledge, and championing the vital role that life safety systems play in protecting people and property.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing guitar and performing live, spending time outdoors with my dog, running, and tackling gardening and home renovation projects. Whenever I get the chance, I also enjoy getting out on my motorbike and exploring new places.
