Marcus Wallis – CEO

I joined Triangle Fire Systems in September 2025 as Chief Executive Officer, with overall responsibility for setting and delivering the company’s strategic direction, leading business performance, and ensuring the successful execution of our long-term growth objectives. My role encompasses oversight of all operational activities, engagement with the Board of Directors and key stakeholders, and providing leadership across the organisation to drive sustainable success.

My key responsibilities include strategic planning, operational and financial management, organisational development, senior leadership appointment, risk management, and fostering a high-performing culture that supports both our people and our business objectives. Central to my leadership approach is ensuring that Triangle Fire Systems continues to deliver exceptional service, maintain the highest standard of safety and quality, and create long-term value for our customers, employees and shareholders.

With over 35 years of experience in the building services industry, I have held senior leadership positions within some of the sector’s most respected organisations, including Mace, Laing O’Rourke and Skanska. Throughout my career, I have developed extensive expertise across customer relationship management, business development, design and coordination, pre-construction and construction delivery.

I have a proven track record of leading teams and businesses to achieve outstanding results through a strong focus on safety, operational excellence, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction. I am recognised for being client-focused, commercially astute, and delivery-driven, consistently building strong relationships and creating environments where people and businesses can thrive.

I firmly believe that success is achieved through people. The teams that support and challenge me are fundamental to every accomplishment, which is why I place significant emphasis on creating an inclusive, collaborative, and highly engaged culture where individuals are empowered to perform at their best.

Outside of work, I am married and have two adult children, both of whom live and work in London. I have a keen interest in sport and enjoy spending time with family and friends, particularly through outdoor pursuits, snow sports, theatre, and live music events.

Having close family and friends across England, Australia, South Africa, and Italy, I have travelled extensively and value the broader perspectives and experiences that international connections and cultures bring.
