Meet the team.

John Toyn, Business Development Manager – Midlands/ North

I am responsible for generating interest in Triangle from clients in our area that have not had the joy of working with us before. I also complete tenders and follow up on quotes. I get involved in early stages of project development up until the point we start on-site.

I am also heavily involved with the Midland Heart project from putting the original tender response together to  running resident engagement sessions, a small amount of site supervision and being a direct contact for the Midland Heart team.

What I like most about my job is that no two days are the same.  

Its been a vertical learning curve to try to get to grips with fire sprinklers and the building industry in general at a time when we were all working from home. I believe that to the uninitiated I now sound like I know something about sprinkler systems and I’m not having to look up too many building terms/abbreviations on Google five times a day!

My hobbies include watching sports and playing/experiencing music.  I love music festivals. I am a guitarist for a local Nottingham based covers band – The Buzzband.
