Meet the team.

Andrew Milham, Residential Design Manager

I started my career at Triangle Fire Systems 4 years ago as a sprinkler design engineer and after 7 months with the company I was promoted to residential design manager.

As a residential design manager, I am responsible for the design team and oversee projects of all sizes, ranging from bungalows to skyscrapers. I also assist clients and provide consultancy at the early stages of development to ensure all jobs have a smooth transition and achieve the best outcome possible.

What I enjoy most about my job is that I get to deal with technical queries on a daily basis and thus share my knowledge with the rest of the team. Being able to have the opportunity to guide and develop people on a daily basis is a pleasure and something that I really enjoy.

One of my favourite tasks to complete at work is hydraulic calculations, this is because it combines two interests of mine, mathematics and physics.

Outside the office I like to spend my time researching, analysing data and investing – ultimately my goal is to ensure that my family is happy and provided for while doing something that I enjoy and that I am passionate about.
