Meet the team.

Amy Sharrod – Health and Safety Officer

As the Health and Safety Officer, I am responsible for the Health and Safety at Triangle Fire Group.

This ranges from assessing the risks for the beginning to end to ensure safety throughout and writing the assessments, liaising with both office and site teams, project safety planning and construction phase documentation, writing toolbox talks, site visits, audits and inspections on behalf of clients and helping manage the health and safety on our projects, reporting, fire and first aid, training, supporting in tendering and any other aspects of health and safety across the business, which keeps me busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I joined Triangle in 2024, and what I love most is how each day is so different, no two days are the same! I get to work with lots of amazing people, across a variety of projects, departments, topics and workstreams, all while doing something I am passionate about.

Out of work, I enjoy swimming, cooking, going to the cinema and live music, if there’s a beat, you can guarantee I’ll be dancing.

I have my NEBOSH GC, and I’m looking forward to progressing into further studies and qualifications as learning is another one of my passions. I’m also an IOSH member, and enjoy getting involved in Health and Safety forum discussions.
