Aimee Howard – Senior Servicing Administrator

My role is to support the administrative and sales sides within the Servicing department, acting as a mentor to new office staff supporting them with their training and making sure the engineers have the correct information to carry out their works.

Acting as a point of contact for our Customers, working with our Technical Lead so we are responding with factual and accurate details with plans of action if required.

I am keen to uphold the reputation of Triangle Fire Systems and use my Customer Service skills from previous roles working in an Opticians and the Retail Sector to ensure our communication, whether written or verbal, is of the highest standard.

To date I have been working alongside the Servicing Manager to build structure into the department as well as progress its growth by taking on larger projects and enhancing my knowledge in Residential Sprinkler Systems. I really enjoy working within the team and looking forward to being part of its future.

Outside of work I enjoy going out for drinks with friends, the gym, walks along the seafront and sometimes just cosying up indoors with a good tv show.
