Marcus Wallis – CEO

I joined Triangle in September 2025 with the role of CEO, this includes delivering Triangle Fire Systems overall strategic direction, overseeing operations and performance, communicating with the board of directors and stakeholders, and serving and leading the business.

Key responsibilities are strategic planning, operational management, financial oversight, appointing senior management, fostering a positive organisational culture, and managing risks to ensure the company meets its goals and achieves growth.

As a senior leader having worked with such businesses as Mace, Laing O’Rourke and Skanska, with over 35 years of extensive experience within the building services industry, I have a robust focus on customer relationships, work winning, design / co-ordination, pre-construction and construction phases. With the ability to manage effectively to ensure excellent business performance in terms of zero harm, profitability, quality and delivery of service. With an exceptional reputation for being client focused, commercially minded, achieving high levels of delivery and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.

Those who support me are key to the success of everything I do, which is why I place such an emphasis on building an inclusive and engaged culture.

I am married with a 27-year-old daughter and a 23-year-old son who both live and work in London. I am a general sports fan and also enjoy outside activities with the family including snow sports, theatre and musical events.

I have close family & friends in England, Australia, South Africa and Italy and have travelled extensively due to this.
