Ralph Ede, Contracts Manager

My experience includes 30 years within the construction industry, working on projects that include schools, listed buildings, installation sprinklers to 26 high rise blocks in London Borough of Croydon, and overseeing projects in excess of £15m in value. My key role at Triangle is primarily to oversee the retro department contracts/projects in the South including the delivery, programming, planning and also aiding the estimating tendering of bid submissions.

Triangle is a highly collaborative and friendly place to work, where colleagues are always willing to get invovled and support a wide range of tasks, even those outside their defined roles. This reflects a business that not only priortises creating the right working environment, but also carefully considers the personalities within the team to ensure a strong cultural fit. Triangle fosters a unified, supportive culture where everyone works towards shared goals, with colleagues, line managers, and directors all playing an active role in ensuring no one is left to struggle without guidence.

On a more personal note, I love almost all sports and have 2 beautiful dogs that we enjoy walking at the weekends within the countryside!
