Declan Rogers,

Residential Design Manager

As Design Manager at Triangle, I lead the delivery of high-quality, compliant design solutions, working closely with clients and colleagues to ensure projects are completed successfully and to the highest standard. I am passionate about developing strong client relationships, supporting business growth, and promoting the importance of the life safety systems we provide.

Having joined Triangle as a Junior Design Engineer, I have progressed through the business into a leadership role through dedication, continuous learning, and a commitment to excellence. My experience across the organisation has provided me with a strong understanding of both the technical and commercial aspects of our work.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, family, and friends, and taking the opportunity to relax and recharge at the weekends.
